Acemiz-S Tablet is a three in one pain medicine that combines aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase. It is made by Lupin and comes as a strip of 10 tablets. Aceclofenac is an anti inflammatory painkiller, paracetamol lowers pain and fever, and serratiopeptidase helps reduce swelling around the sore area. Together they are used for joint pain, muscle pain, back pain, toothache and pain after injury or minor surgery. The tablet is usually taken after food to protect the stomach. It should be used for the shortest time needed and only as advised by a doctor. People with stomach ulcers, kidney, liver or heart problems should check with a doctor before taking it.
