Pacimol DS Oral Suspension is a double-strength paracetamol syrup for children, marketed by Ipca Laboratories Ltd. Each 5ml contains paracetamol 250mg. Paracetamol acts in the brain to lower raised body temperature and reduce the feeling of pain. It is one of the most commonly used medicines for fever in children and is gentle on the stomach.
