Aldigesic-SP Tablet is a pain relief tablet that combines aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase. It is made by Alkem Laboratories and comes as a strip of 10 tablets. Aceclofenac is an anti inflammatory medicine that eases pain and stiffness, paracetamol brings down pain and fever, and serratiopeptidase helps clear swelling and inflammation. It is commonly prescribed for joint pain, muscle pain, dental pain, sprains and pain after surgery. The tablet is best taken after a meal so that it is gentler on the stomach.
