Keto-SZ Hair Wash from Med Manor Organics is a gentle, sulphate-free and paraben-free anti-dandruff hair wash containing Ketoconazole 2% w/v and Zinc Pyrithione 1% w/v. It treats dandruff, seborrhoeic dermatitis and itchy, flaky scalp without the harsh stripping that sulphate cleansers can cause. It is ideal for people with sensitive scalps or colour-treated and dry hair.

How It Works

Ketoconazole blocks ergosterol production in the Malassezia yeast, weakening its cell membrane so it can no longer thrive on the scalp. Zinc Pyrithione adds antifungal and antibacterial action and helps normalise scalp-cell shedding, reducing flakes. The mild sulphate-free base cleanses without disturbing the scalp’s natural oils, so hair stays soft while the actives work.
