KZ Plus Lotion from Hegde and Hegde Pharmaceutica is a medicated lotion containing Ketoconazole 2% and Zinc Pyrithione 1%. It is used to wash the scalp and skin in dandruff, seborrhoeic dermatitis and fungal infections such as pityriasis versicolor. The lotion works into a lather that reaches the scalp through the hair, helping reduce flaking, greasy scales and persistent itching.
How It Works
Ketoconazole blocks the fungal enzyme that makes ergosterol, leaving the Malassezia yeast with a damaged cell membrane so it cannot grow. Zinc Pyrithione adds antifungal and antibacterial activity and regulates the fast shedding of scalp cells behind visible flakes. Together they control the yeast, calm irritation and keep the scalp clearer for longer.

How to Use
