Xolnic 4mg Injection – Zoledronic Acid IP 4 mg by Khandelwal
Xolnic 4mg Injection from Khandelwal Laboratories contains Zoledronic Acid Monohydrate IP equivalent to 4 mg of anhydrous zoledronic acid, supplied as a lyophilised powder for single intravenous use. Zoledronic acid is the most potent of the bisphosphonates: it binds tightly to bone mineral and shuts down osteoclasts, the cells that dissolve bone. Suppressing that breakdown strengthens the skeleton and brings down the calcium that unchecked bone resorption releases into the bloodstream. The pack is marked “as directed by the Oncologist”, reflecting its main use in cancer-related bone disease. Prescription medicine – administered by a healthcare professional.
