Synpirox Vaginal Cream is an antifungal cream from Synmedic Laboratories for the treatment of vaginal yeast infections. It contains Ciclopirox Olamine 1% and is applied inside the vagina to clear vulvovaginal candidiasis, a common infection caused by overgrowth of Candida yeast. Treatment helps relieve itching, burning, soreness and the thick white discharge typical of the condition.

How It Works

Ciclopirox Olamine is a broad-spectrum antifungal that binds iron and other metal ions inside the yeast cell. This blocks enzymes the yeast needs for respiration and repair, so Candida can no longer grow and is gradually eliminated. Because it acts locally, only small amounts are absorbed into the body, and its mild antibacterial activity also helps where mixed infections are present.

How to Use

• Use as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily at bedtime
• Fill the applicator and insert the cream gently high into the vagina
