It is used to manage dry and hyperkeratotic skin, ichthyosis, and keratoderma of the palms and soles. Urea and Lactic Acid work as gentle keratolytic agents that soften and loosen thickened, rough skin, while Propylene Glycol and Liquid Paraffin lock in moisture and restore the skin’s natural softness. Together, these ingredients help relieve dryness, flaking and roughness, leaving skin visibly smoother and better hydrated with regular use.

Directions for Use

Massage a suitable quantity of Softy Cream onto the affected area 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by the physician. Apply to clean, dry skin and massage gently until absorbed. Keep the tube tightly closed after each use, and store in a cool and dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C; do not freeze.

Precautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth; rinse immediately with water if accidental contact occurs. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation or a rash develops. Do not apply to broken, infected or oozing skin unless advised by a physician. If symptoms persist or worsen despite regular use, seek medical advice.

Side Effects

Softy Cream is generally well tolerated when used as directed. Some individuals may notice mild stinging, redness or a warm sensation on application, especially on very dry or cracked skin, which usually settles with continued use.
