Skyrizi 600mg/10ml Injection – Risankizumab IL-23 Inhibitor
Skyrizi (risankizumab) 600 mg/10 mL Injection is a humanised monoclonal antibody that selectively blocks interleukin-23 (IL-23), a signalling protein that drives the inflammation behind plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and Crohn’s disease. By binding the p19 subunit of IL-23, it interrupts that inflammatory pathway at source. This presentation is a 10 mL single-dose vial at 60 mg/mL for intravenous infusion – it must be diluted before use and given by a healthcare professional, typically as the induction dose in Crohn’s disease. Prescription-only biologic (Rx Only).
