Nimuttle-P Tablet is a pain and fever medicine marketed by Nettle Pharmaceuticals. Each tablet contains nimesulide 100mg and paracetamol 500mg. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that reduces pain and swelling by blocking prostaglandins. Paracetamol lowers fever and eases pain through its action in the brain.
