Meaxon Plus Injection is a prescription B-vitamin injection from Bion Therapeutics India used to treat nutritional deficiencies, especially low vitamin B12 and folate levels. Each 1 ml amber ampoule contains Mecobalamin (Methylcobalamin) 1500 mcg, Folic Acid 0.7 mg and Niacinamide 12 mg. The injection route delivers these vitamins directly into the body, which is helpful when deficiency is severe or when tablets are poorly absorbed from the gut. It supports healthy nerves, red blood cell formation and energy levels, helping relieve tiredness, weakness, tingling and numbness linked to vitamin deficiency. How It Works

Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12 that helps repair and protect nerve cells and the myelin sheath around them, supporting normal nerve signalling. Folic acid is needed for DNA synthesis and the production of healthy red blood cells, helping prevent anaemia. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) supports energy metabolism and normal cell function.
