Aciloc RD 20 Tablet combines omeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that lowers stomach acid production, with domperidone, a prokinetic that speeds up stomach emptying and eases nausea. It is used for acid reflux, heartburn, indigestion and related upper digestive discomfort.

Excess acid and slow gastric movement often go together, causing a burning chest, bloating, belching and a feeling of fullness. The two ingredients work on both problems at once, which is why this combination is commonly prescribed for gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and acid-related dyspepsia.
