Acetik Ear Drop is an antiseptic ear solution made by NuLife Pharmaceuticals. Each millilitre contains acetic acid 2% w/v. Acetic acid lowers the pH inside the ear canal and makes it more acidic. Most bacteria and fungi that cause outer ear infections cannot grow well in this acidic setting. This makes it useful for treating mild otitis externa, often called swimmer’s ear. It is also used to help prevent infection in people whose ears stay wet after swimming or bathing. The solution can ease itching, discharge and discomfort linked to these infections. It does not contain an antibiotic, so it does not add to antibiotic resistance. The drops come in a 10ml plastic bottle with a built-in dropper nozzle. It should not be used if you have a hole in the eardrum unless your doctor advises it.

How to Use
