Veko Radicate Spot-On Solution – Selamectin 12% w/v for Dogs 5–10 kg

Radicate Spot-on from Veko Care is a selamectin 12% w/v topical solution supplied as a single 0.5 ml squeeze tube, sized for dogs weighing 5 to 10 kg. Selamectin is absorbed through the skin and distributed via the bloodstream, which is why one small spot at the back of the neck handles parasites living on the coat and inside the body. That single application covers fleas, ear mites, sarcoptic mange and certain intestinal worms, and contributes to heartworm prevention. The tube is designed for ‘0’ retention, 100% release, so the full measured dose actually reaches the animal rather than staying stuck in the applicator.

Directions for Use

• Use only as directed by a registered veterinary practitioner, and only on a dog within the 5–10 kg weight band.
• Part the coat and apply the full tube directly onto dry skin at the base of the neck, between the shoulder blades.
• Apply where the dog cannot lick it – keep it away from the mouth, eyes and nose.
• Do not bathe the dog for at least two hours after application.
• Repeat only at the interval your vet advises.

Precautions

• For animal use only – not for humans. Prescription required.
• Do not use on puppies under 6 weeks of age.
• Do not apply to broken, irritated or wet skin.
• Safety in pregnant or lactating animals has not been established – ask your vet first.
• A temporary clumping of hair at the application site can occur and settles on its own.
• Wash your hands thoroughly after applying, and keep children away from the treated area until dry.

Storage

• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
• Keep the tube in its original carton, away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of the reach of children and animals.
