Zedex Cough Syrup from Dr Reddy’s combines Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (2 mg/5 ml) to relieve dry cough. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that acts on the cough centre in the brain, while Chlorpheniramine Maleate blocks histamine to reduce cough triggered by allergies. Together they settle irritating, non-productive cough. Bottle of 100 ml.
