Zanskar Post-Workout Recovery Combo – Pain Relief Spray 100 ml + Muscle Recovery Body Wash 315 ml
The Zanskar Post-Workout Recovery Combo pairs the Advanced Pain Relief Spray 100 ml with the Muscle Recovery Body Wash 315 ml – an Epsom salt body wash and shower gel. The two address post-exercise soreness from opposite directions. The spray is the targeted one: magnesium, arnica, vitamin B6, MSM and menthol on a specific sore spot, with menthol giving the immediate cooling sensation and no rubbing needed on a muscle that is already tender. The body wash is the whole-body one, and it exists because the traditional alternative – an Epsom salt bath – requires a bathtub, twenty minutes and a kilo of salts, which almost nobody actually does after a workout. Delivering magnesium sulphate through a shower gel is a considerably more realistic proposition. It also exfoliates and controls odour, which matters for anyone getting body acne or sweat-related skin problems from training.

Directions for Use
- Spray: shake the can well, then spray over the area of discomfort from about six inches. No massage needed
- Body wash: take an adequate amount on your palms or a loofah, work into a lather over the body, leave for a minute or two, then rinse
- Use the body wash after training or at the end of the day; use the spray as needed on sore areas
- Do not use the spray on open wounds or damaged skin, and keep it away from the eyes
- Rinse the body wash off thoroughly and moisturise afterwards if your skin tends to dry
Precautions
- For external use only. Do not use the spray on broken, damaged or sunburnt skin, and keep both away from the eyes
- The spray is an aerosol containing menthol – do not inhale it, do not spray near the face, and keep it away from heat and flame
- The body wash contains salicylic acid, so patch test if your skin is sensitive and avoid layering it with other strong exfoliants
- Stop use if either product causes persistent burning, redness or a rash
- Not for use on children or in pregnancy without medical advice
- A muscle injury with swelling, bruising, an inability to bear weight or loss of movement needs assessment, not just topical relief
Storage
- Store both in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Aerosol: do not puncture or incinerate the can, even when empty
- Close the body wash pump after use and keep both out of reach of children
