Vigromen Bullet 100mg Tablet is an oral medicine for men who find it hard to get or keep an erection. It is marketed by Novita and comes as yellow, bullet shaped film coated tablets. Each tablet holds sildenafil citrate equal to 100mg of sildenafil. Sildenafil belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors.
