Toba Eye Drops are a high-potency ophthalmic antibiotic solution containing Tobramycin, a powerful aminoglycoside derived from the Streptomyces tenebrarius bacterium. Toba works by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit of susceptible bacteria, effectively inhibiting protein synthesis and causing the collapse of the bacterial cell wall. Precautions

• Use the drops for the full duration prescribed by your doctor. Stopping early may allow the infection to return or lead to antibiotic resistance.

How to Use

• Wash your hands thoroughly. Tilt your head back and look upward.
• Gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket. Hold the bottle upside down near the eye.
• Squeeze one drop into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Ensure the dropper tip does not touch the eye.
• Close your eye and press gently on the inner corner (near the nose) for 1–2 minutes. This prevents the medication from draining into the tear duct.
• In mild to moderate infections, apply every 4 hours. For severe infections, your doctor may recommend use every hour until improvement is noted.
• Store at room temperature away from direct light. Discard the bottle 28 days after first opening to ensure sterility.
