Tejasya Chyawanprash is a classical Ayurvedic Rasayana, a rich herbal jam prepared according to traditional texts to strengthen the body and support immunity. It is made with Amla as the main ingredient, together with Ashwagandha, Giloy, Shatavari, Gokshura, Mulethi and many other herbs, cooked in pure ghee and blended with honey. For generations Indian families have taken a spoonful of Chyawanprash every day, especially in winter and during seasonal changes. It is suitable for adults and children over 3 years. Each jar contains 1 kg.

How It Works

Amla is a rich source of natural vitamin C and antioxidants that support the immune system and protect cells from damage. How to Use

• Adults: take 1 teaspoon twice a day.
• Children aged 3-12 years: take half a teaspoon twice a day.
