Talk Freely 69D Delay Spray is a topical Lidocaine IP 10% spray for adult men, formulated to reduce over-sensitivity and help extend time before climax. Lidocaine is a local anaesthetic: applied to the skin a few minutes before intimacy, it briefly dulls surface nerve signalling in the treated area so arousal builds more gradually. Because it acts only where sprayed, it does not affect erection or desire. Supplied in a 40 g pressurised can with a fine-mist nozzle.

Directions for Use
