Supatret C Aqueous Gel pairs two proven anti-acne actives – Tretinoin, delivered as a microsphere for gentler release, and the antibiotic Clindamycin. Together they attack the bacteria behind pimples while unclogging pores and refreshing sun-damaged skin, making it a practical choice for acne on the face, chest or back. The aqueous base makes it lighter on the skin than conventional alcohol-based gels. Tube of 15 gm, for external use only.

Directions for Use

• For external use only, in the dose and duration advised by your doctor
• Clean the affected area with water and a non-medicated soap, then let it dry for 20-30 minutes
• Apply a thin layer over clean, dry, unbroken skin
• Wash your hands after applying, unless the hands are being treated
• Keep using it regularly – visible improvement can take several weeks

Precautions

• Highly unsafe during pregnancy – do not use if pregnant or planning a pregnancy
• Use with caution while breastfeeding, only on medical advice
• Avoid contact with eyes, nose and mouth; rinse with water if it happens
• Mild burning, stinging, dryness or peeling may occur at first and usually settles
• Avoid sun exposure; use sunscreen or protective clothing during treatment
• Tell your doctor if you have bowel problems or a history of antibiotic-related bloody diarrhoea

• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Keep the tube tightly closed after use
• Keep out of reach of children
