Rugosa DN from Biorex Healthcare Pvt Ltd is a fixed-dose osteoarthritis combination of Diacerein 50 mg, Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium Chloride 750 mg, and Methylsulfonylmethane 250 mg. The three are prescribed together to address different parts of the same problem: diacerein reduces the inflammation that degrades cartilage, glucosamine contributes a structural component of cartilage, and MSM is included for joint comfort. Used as directed, it helps reduce pain and swelling and restore mobility in knee and hip osteoarthritis. Strip of 10 tablets.

Directions for Use

• Diacerein often takes several weeks to show its full effect – do not stop early without advice.
• Do not double a dose if you miss one.

Precautions

• Prescription medicine. Not to be sold by retail without the prescription of a Registered Medical Practitioner.
• Unsafe in liver disease – this combination should be avoided if you have liver problems.
• Not recommended in pregnancy (positive evidence of foetal risk) and may be unsafe while breastfeeding.
• Harmless discolouration of the urine is expected with diacerein. Tell your doctor if diarrhoea is severe or persistent, and use alcohol with caution.

Storage

• Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
