Pregabel-M 75mg Capsule is a prescription medicine from Knoll Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Each hard gelatin capsule contains pregabalin 75mg and methylcobalamin 750mcg. It is prescribed for neuropathic pain, which is long lasting pain caused by nerve damage from conditions such as diabetes, shingles or spinal cord injury. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports nerve health and nerve conduction. The capsule is taken at about the same time each day, preferably at bedtime, with or without food. It should be swallowed whole and not split, chewed or crushed. The doctor decides the dose and how long to continue, and it should not be stopped suddenly.
