Key Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Calcium Carbonate IP – 1000 mg, equivalent to elemental Calcium 400 mg
• Magnesium Hydroxide IP – 240 mg, equivalent to elemental Magnesium 100 mg
• Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate IP – 13.75 mg, equivalent to elemental Zinc 5 mg
• Vitamin D3 (as stabilised) – 200 IU
• Excipients q.s. Colour: Titanium Dioxide IP.
• Appropriate overages of vitamin added.

Directions for Use

• Take one tablet 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by your physician.
• Swallow whole with water, preferably with or after food.

Precautions

• Read the label carefully before use and do not exceed the stated dose.
• Consult your doctor before use if you have kidney stones, kidney disease or high blood calcium.
• Calcium, magnesium and zinc can reduce the absorption of thyroid medication, iron and some antibiotics – leave a gap of a few hours and tell your doctor what you take.
• Consult your doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Not intended for children unless advised by a paediatrician.
• Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

• Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from light.
• Keep the tablets in their original strip until use.
• Keep out of reach of children and use before the expiry date.
