NMFe Urea 20% Cream is a rich moisturiser from Palsons Derma made for very dry and sensitive skin. It holds urea 20%, which draws water into the skin and keeps it soft for longer. At this strength urea also loosens dry, flaky and thickened skin. Lactic acid adds a mild exfoliating action that smooths rough patches without harsh scrubbing. Shea butter and aloe vera soothe the skin and add lasting comfort. Vitamin E helps protect the skin and supports its natural barrier. The cream is useful for dry hands, elbows, knees, feet and heels. It spreads easily and is absorbed without leaving a heavy film. With regular use, rough and tight skin feels smoother and more supple. It is for external use only and should be kept away from the eyes.
