Mupizer F Ointment is a prescription skin ointment from Leeford Healthcare that combines mupirocin 2% with fluticasone propionate 0.2%. It is commonly used for bacterial skin infections that are also red, itchy or inflamed, such as impetigo and infected eczema patches. The mupirocin works against the bacteria, while the fluticasone, a mild steroid, calms the swelling and itching. Each tube holds 10 gm and is meant for external use only.
