Minoz 100 mg Tablet – Minocycline Antibiotic for Bacterial Infections and Acne
Minoz 100 mg Tablet contains Minocycline 100 mg, a prescription antibiotic belonging to the tetracycline group of medicines. It is used to treat selected bacterial infections and may also be prescribed for moderate to severe inflammatory acne. Minocycline works by interfering with the production of proteins required by susceptible bacteria for their growth and multiplication. This helps control the infection and allows the body’s immune system to eliminate the remaining bacteria. Minocycline 100 mg Tablet should be used only for infections diagnosed or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria. It does not work against viral infections such as the common cold or influenza.
