Maxtra Syrup from Zuventus Healthcare combines Phenylephrine 5 mg and Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg (per 5 ml) to relieve symptoms of the common cold. Phenylephrine narrows swollen nasal blood vessels to ease a stuffy or runny nose, while Chlorpheniramine Maleate blocks histamine to calm sneezing and watery eyes. Bottle of 60 ml.
