It is isotonic and buffered to match the natural fluids of the body, so it is gentle enough for regular use. It helps relieve nasal congestion from colds and allergies, softens and clears thick mucus and crusts, and moisturises a nose that feels dry from air conditioning, travel or dry weather.

How It Works

The saline solution loosens mucus and washes away dust, pollen and other irritants from the nasal passages. By keeping the lining moist, it helps the nose clear itself naturally and reduces irritation and crusting. It contains no medicine that narrows blood vessels, so it does not cause rebound congestion and can be used alongside other nasal treatments.

How to Use

• Blow your nose gently before use
