Levozet-M combines montelukast, a leukotriene blocker, with levocetirizine, an antihistamine. It is prescribed for allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma symptoms such as sneezing, blocked nose, cough and wheezing.

Two complementary actions calm the allergic response: levocetirizine stops histamine effects while montelukast reduces airway inflammation and swelling, giving broader relief than either alone.
