Kriam Pharma Doxycycline and Lactic Acid Bacillus Capsule is a combination medicine used to treat different types of bacterial infections. Each capsule has doxycycline 100mg, an antibiotic, along with lactic acid bacillus, a probiotic. Doxycycline stops the growth of the bacteria that cause the infection. The probiotic part helps keep the friendly bacteria in the gut balanced while the antibiotic works. It is a prescription medicine, so it should be taken only as your doctor advises. It can be taken with or without food, but taking it at a fixed time each day gives better results. Do not take more than the advised dose. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember.
