Directions for Use

• Use exactly as directed in the instruction manual supplied with the device
• Breathe out fully away from the device before inhaling
• Seal your lips round the mouthpiece and inhale as instructed
• Hold your breath for about 10 seconds, then breathe out slowly
• Rinse your mouth with water afterwards

Precautions

• This is a device only – the medicine capsules are bought separately and prescribed by your doctor
• Never swallow the capsules – they are made for inhalation through this device only
• Rinse your mouth after every use, especially with steroid inhalers, to prevent oral thrush and hoarseness
• Keep the device dry – never wash it under a tap or use it while wet
• Wipe the mouthpiece and capsule chamber with a dry cloth at least weekly; do not poke cloth or instruments inside
• Replace the device as advised by the manufacturer – performance falls once worn
