Evermil 5mg Tablet – Everolimus mTOR-Inhibitor Therapy

Evermil 5mg Tablet by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals contains Everolimus 5 mg, an mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) inhibitor used in select cancers – including certain forms of advanced breast cancer, renal cell carcinoma and neuroendocrine tumours – and, at physician-directed doses, to help prevent organ-transplant rejection. It works by blocking a cell-signalling pathway involved in abnormal cell growth and division. This pack contains a 10-tablet strip, for oral use only.

• How to Use

• Do not stop or alter the dose without consulting your treating physician

• Precautions & Side Effects
• Prescription required – not to be sold or used without a Registered Medical Practitioner’s advice.
• Requires regular blood tests to monitor drug levels, kidney and liver function
• May cause mouth ulcers, fatigue, raised blood sugar/lipids or increased infection risk
• Inform your doctor of all other medicines, as several drug interactions are significant

• Report fever, unusual bleeding or breathlessness to your doctor promptly
