Evaparin Injection is a high-potency anticoagulant intervention containing Enoxaparin Sodium (available in various strengths such as 40mg/0.4ml or 60mg/0.6ml), a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) specifically engineered for the clinical management of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism. Utilizing a unique “Antithrombin-Binding” mechanism, this medication works by accelerating the activity of antithrombin III, which subsequently inhibits the coagulation factors Xa and IIa (thrombin). Precautions

How to Use

• Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the injection site (typically the abdomen) with an alcohol swab. Do not expel the air bubble from the syringe before injection.
• Pinch a fold of skin between the thumb and forefinger. Insert the needle vertically (at a 90-degree angle) into the skin fold.
• Inject the entire contents of the syringe slowly. Do not rub the injection site after withdrawing the needle to minimize bruising.
• Alternate the injection site between the left and right sides of the abdomen for each subsequent dose to prevent localized tissue irritation.
• Place the used syringe and needle in a puncture-proof sharps container immediately after use. Do not dispose of in household trash.
• Administer at the same time(s) each day to maintain a steady antithrombotic state as prescribed by your physician.
