Uses

How to Use

• It may be taken with or without food.
• Take each dose at approximately the same time every day.
• Do not change the dose or stop treatment without consulting your doctor.
• Stopping Eliquis suddenly may increase the risk of developing a blood clot.
• Do not take two doses together to compensate for a missed dose.

Precautions

• Inform your doctor if you have active bleeding, liver disease, kidney disease, a bleeding disorder, stomach ulcer, or a history of stroke.
