Donep 5 Tablet contains Donepezil (5 mg) and is used to treat mild to moderate dementia in Alzheimer’s disease, a progressive illness that gradually affects memory and thinking. It does not cure the illness but may help improve memory, awareness and other symptoms. It is marketed by Alkem Laboratories Ltd and comes as a strip of 15 tablets. Safety Advice
