Dispovan Needle 20GX1 is a single-use hypodermic needle made by Hindustan Syringes and Medical Devices Ltd (HMD). It is a 20 gauge needle with a length of 1 inch, a size often chosen for thicker medicines and drawing fluids. The needle is formed from imported cold-rolled stainless steel for strength and precision. Its tip is ground on high-precision machines to give a sharp, clean point. A siliconised coating reduces drag as the needle enters and leaves the skin. Each needlepoint is checked by an automated camera system for consistent quality. The hub is made of non-toxic medical-grade polypropylene and fits standard syringes. Every needle is sterilised with ethylene oxide and sealed in its own pack.
