Combiflam Suspension is a liquid pain and fever medicine for children, marketed by Sanofi India Ltd. Each 5ml contains ibuprofen 100mg and paracetamol 162.5mg. Ibuprofen lowers pain, swelling and fever by reducing prostaglandins, the chemicals that trigger inflammation. Paracetamol acts on the brain to lower body temperature and ease pain. The pair works well when fever does not settle with one medicine alone. It is often used for fever with colds, flu and viral infections. It also helps with teething pain, earache, sore throat and aches after vaccination. The liquid form makes it easier to give the right dose to young children. How to Use
