Bifilac Dry Syrup is a pre and probiotic combination made by Tablets India Limited. It comes as granules that are mixed with water to make an oral suspension. It is used when the balance of friendly bacteria in the gut is disturbed, for example in gastroenteritis, diarrhea, diarrhea linked to antibiotics, inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome. It has four live bacterial strains that help restore and maintain healthy gut flora. This helps improve the overall working of the digestive system. It can be taken with or without food, and some people prefer it with a meal or 30 minutes before one. Always give it in the dose and for the duration your doctor advises, and continue for as long as it is prescribed. Bloating, gas and mild stomach discomfort can occur early on and usually pass in a few days. A bottle has 50 ml. Please refer to the product label for full details.
