Betafree Eye Drops is a prescription eye medicine that combines Brinzolamide (1% w/v) and Brimonidine Tartrate (0.2% w/v) to treat glaucoma. It works by decreasing the pressure of the fluid in the eye (aqueous humor), helping to lower raised eye pressure and protect the optic nerve. The suspension is labelled preservative free. It is marketed by Micro Labs Limited and comes as a 5 ml bottle. It should be used only as advised by an eye doctor.

How to Use

• Use only in the affected eye, in the dose and duration advised by your doctor.
• Wash your hands, turn the tamper-proof cap anti-clockwise to break the seal and shake the bottle well.
• Dispense drops with gentle pressure and do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or any surface.
• Replace the cap immediately after every use.

Storage & Manufacturing

Safety Advice

Common side effects include burning, irritation, itching and redness in the eye. It may cause temporary blurring of vision, so avoid driving or operating machinery straight after use.
