Aquaray Eye Drop is a lubricant eye drop from Raymed Pharmaceuticals containing Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium (0.5% w/v), a moisturizing agent that mimics natural tears. It is widely used to relieve dryness, irritation, burning, and grittiness caused by insufficient tear production, prolonged screen time, contact lens wear, or exposure to dust, wind, and air conditioning.

Uses
Aquaray is recommended for individuals experiencing dry eyes, eye irritation, or discomfort linked to reduced tear production. It helps restore moisture on the surface of the eye, easing the stinging or scratchy sensation that comes with dryness. It is also commonly used to relieve temporary dryness after eye surgery or while using certain medications that reduce tear production.
How It Works
Carboxymethylcellulose forms a smooth, protective film over the surface of the eye, holding moisture in place for longer and reducing friction between the eyelid and the cornea. This lubricating action soothes irritation and supports the eye’s natural tear film.
Directions for Use
- Wash your hands before use
- Tilt your head back and gently pull down the lower eyelid
- Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s) as directed by your doctor
- Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any other surface
- Close the bottle tightly after each use
