Albavir Tablet is a fixed-dose combination of Abacavir 600 mg (as Abacavir Sulphate IP) and Lamivudine IP 300 mg, supplied by Mylan Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. – a Viatris company – and manufactured at Mylan Laboratories Limited, Nashik. Both actives are nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) that stop HIV from multiplying, lowering the viral load and helping CD4 cell counts rise. Directions for Use

Precautions
- HLA-B*5701 testing before starting abacavir is recommended by treatment guidelines
- Common side effects include headache, insomnia, rash, nausea, vomiting and decreased appetite
- Use with caution in liver or kidney disease; dose adjustment may be needed
- Avoid alcohol; not recommended in pregnancy and may be unsafe while breastfeeding – consult your doctor
- May cause dizziness – avoid driving until you know how it affects you
Storage
- Store protected from moisture at a temperature not exceeding 30°C
- Keep the container tightly closed; do not remove the desiccant
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children
