Sertaspor 2% Cream is an antifungal skin cream made by Intas Pharmaceuticals. Its active ingredient is Sertaconazole Nitrate 2% w/w from the azole group. It works by damaging the fungal cell wall so the fungus cannot survive. It is used for ringworm on the body, jock itch in the groin and athlete's foot. It also helps with fungal infections between skin folds. Sertaconazole has a mild anti itch effect that brings comfort early on. The cream spreads well and suits moist areas. Using it daily for the full course helps stop the infection from coming back. It is available in 30 gm and 20 gm tubes.
