Nasoclear Gel is a saline nasal gel from German Remedies, a division of Zydus Healthcare. It contains sodium chloride 6.5 mg per gram along with aloe vera, glycerin and propylene glycol. The soft gel is used to moisturise and soothe a dry or irritated nose. Dry weather, air conditioning, frequent nose blowing and the after-effects of a cold can leave the nostrils crusty and sore. The gel clings to the inside of the nose longer than a drop or spray. Aloe vera and glycerin add a gentle, hydrating touch to the delicate nasal lining. It has no decongestant drug, so it is mild enough for regular use. The pack states that it is non-greasy and safe for babies. The 15 g tube is for external use only and should not touch the eyes. Use it as often as needed or as advised by your doctor.
