Cof-Q D Syrup – Cold & Cough Relief by Cipla

Cof-Q D Syrup from Cipla combines Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg and Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg (per 5 ml) to give quick relief from the common cold and cough. Phenylephrine narrows swollen nasal blood vessels to ease a stuffy or runny nose, Chlorpheniramine Maleate calms sneezing, watery eyes and allergy-type symptoms, and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide suppresses the urge to cough by acting on the cough centre in the brain.
