Anoac Cream from Healing Hands & Herbs, Pune, is a patented Ayurvedic cream for piles, anal fissure and other anorectal conditions, in a 30 g tube. A topical treatment answers a problem tablets cannot: an anal fissure is a tear in a very sensitive lining that is re-injured with every bowel movement, and it needs something applied directly to the site. The formula reflects that. Jatyadi Oil is the classical Ayurvedic wound-healing preparation for fissures and ulcers. Kapur (camphor) and Pudina (peppermint) provide immediate cooling relief from burning and itching. Neem Oil is antimicrobial, and Yasad Bhasma (zinc) and Tankan Bhasma (borax) are traditional mineral preparations used to dry and heal raw tissue. Tube of 30 g. Best used alongside Anoac-H Tablets, which treat the same condition internally.

Precautions
- For external use only. Do not swallow
- Rectal bleeding must always be examined by a doctor. Piles are the commonest cause, but not the only one – do not assume a diagnosis and self-treat indefinitely
- Seek medical care for severe pain, a hard tender lump, heavy bleeding, or fever – a thrombosed pile or abscess needs proper treatment
- Stop if it causes marked burning, stinging or a rash – camphor and peppermint can irritate broken skin in some people
- Do a small patch test first if your skin is sensitive, and keep it away from the eyes
- Tell your practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or applying it to a child, before use
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Replace the cap tightly after each use
- Keep out of reach of children
