Abamune 300mg Tablet – Abacavir 300 mg by Cipla

Abamune 300 mg Tablet contains Abacavir 300 mg (as Abacavir Sulphate IP) and is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) used in combination antiretroviral therapy for HIV-1 infection. Manufactured by Cipla Ltd. at MIDC Patalganga (M.L. 845), each film-coated tablet works by blocking reverse transcriptase, the enzyme HIV needs to copy itself, which lowers the viral load and helps the CD4 count recover.
