Testoviron Depot 250 mg/ml Injection
Testoviron Depot 250 is a long-acting testosterone replacement injection from Zydus, containing 250 mg of testosterone enanthate USP per millilitre in a base of arachis oil. Testosterone enanthate is an esterified form of the natural male hormone: once injected into muscle, the oily depot releases the hormone slowly over a period of weeks, so a single dose can maintain physiological testosterone levels far longer than plain testosterone would. It is prescribed for adult men with confirmed hypogonadism – that is, men whose testes do not produce enough testosterone – to relieve symptoms such as low libido, fatigue, loss of muscle mass, low mood and reduced bone density. Each carton contains 10 single-use 1 ml ampoules for intramuscular administration.
