Galmite 5% Lotion (Permethrin 5% w/v) – 60 ml

Galmite 5% Lotion is a topical anti-scabies and anti-parasitic preparation from Galcare Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd, manufactured by Salud Care (I) Pvt. Ltd. at a WHO-GMP-certified facility. Each 60 ml bottle contains Permethrin 5% w/v in a light, water-washable lotion base – roughly one complete head-to-toe application for an adult.

Directions for Use

• Scabies: after a bath, apply Galmite Lotion from the neck downwards to the toes, paying special attention to hairy areas, skin folds, between the fingers and toes, and under the nails.
• Allow the lotion to remain on the skin for 10–12 minutes, or as long as your physician directs, then wash off thoroughly.
• Repeat the procedure after one week if a second application is recommended by your doctor.
• Shake the bottle well before every use and apply only to clean, intact skin.

Precautions

• For external use only. Keep away from the eyes, nose, mouth and inner genital area; if contact occurs, rinse with plenty of cool water.
• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding before using a permethrin preparation.
• Avoid applying to broken, weeping or badly inflamed skin and over open wounds unless your doctor confirms it is safe.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, protected from direct light.
• Keep the container tightly closed after each use.
• Keep the lotion out of the reach of children and pets.
