Venmo: Payments are supported where available. Venmo is a PayPal-owned mobile payment service.

Cash App: Payments can be made via Cash App. Please double-check payment details before confirming the transfer.

Zelle: Send payments directly from your bank using Zelle.

Bank Transfer: We accept Bank Transfers (Wire / NEFT / IMPS). Orders are processed once payment is successfully confirmed.

Note: Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Bank Transfer information will be sent securely to your email.

Important: Peer-to-peer (P2P) payment methods such as Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle should be treated like cash. Payments sent to an incorrect account may not be refundable. Always verify payment details before sending.

2. How to Make a Payment

  • At checkout, select the “Other” payment option.
  • All available payment methods (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Bank Transfer) will be shared with you via email within 12 hours.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to complete your payment.
  • Carefully verify all payment details before confirming.
  • After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Orders are processed only after payment is received. Once confirmed, we begin preparing your order for shipment.

3. Security & Safety

We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal and payment information. All data is encrypted during transmission, and we do not share your financial details with third parties without your consent.

4. Shipping Information

Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within a few days
International Orders: Usually delivered within 7–10 work days, depending on destination and carrier conditions

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen delays. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

5. Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or non-delivery.
  • Free shipping (if offered) applies only when the order meets the minimum requirements shown at checkout.
  • All order details provided at checkout are considered final.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued 5–7 business days after the order has been shipped.
  • Refunds are only issued for expired medicine.
  • Your order is our priority. We check the expiry date before dispatch and do our best to ensure you receive safe and valid products.
